In his letters, Paul sometimes seems to use the two terms interchangeably. Is there a theological distinction?

Sometimes "spirit" is used to refer to the higher faculties of "soul." Unless it's the other way around.

Nowadays they say the traditional hand signal for "excellent" (thumb touching index finger) really means "White Power" and you can't use it anymore.

:scratch: :scratch: I've never heard that as a signal for "excellent". In my world, it means "ok".
