I also was a stay-at-home mom many years ago. For the most of that time I had never heard of working away-from-home moms. :)

Thank you all for the warm welcome..
I homeschooled our son from age 4 to graduation.
Then I worked a year, just enough to pay house off. quit because I had walking pneumonia and the store manager at walmart refused to let me off so I quit .
Now back at staying home :-)

I was a stay at home mom when my kids were little, worked very part time for about 11 years when they were older and since then have stayed home.

I became a Roman Catholic through RCIA, though at the start I had no intention of becoming a Catholic.

Study and enjoy RCIA with the power of the Holy Spirit.
