This is true but I'm not sure it's relevant.

Everyone should dress according to their state in life. Priests especially. If you were mugged, and saw a policeman nearby, you'd expect him to assist yes? You'd identify him by his dress.

There is immense power in a uniform, ignorance of that fact is just one of the myriad forms of blindness in the West.
