I thought I would start this thread on where one can find resources for the traditional Mass or what our Holy Father has termed the "extraordinary use" of the Roman Rite. If you have any suggestions or additions, please add them to this thread or send them to me via PM and I will update the original post.

Documents:
Summorum Pontificum (2007)
(please note that this is an unofficial English translation and one should refer to the official Latin translation in any correspondence)

Pope's Letter to the Bishops regarding the motu proprio Summorum Pontificum (2007)

The following documents are interesting mostly for historical reasons:

Letter of Cardinal Mayer (then President of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei) to the bishops of the United States (1990)

Ecclesia Dei adflicta (1988)

Quattuor abhinc annos (1984)

Quo Primum tempore (1570)

Celebrating the Mass:
The Rubrics of the 1962 Missale Romanum (in English)
PDF of the Missale Romanum (earlier edition, not 1962)
The Roman Missal - PDF format
A Guide to the Celebration of Low Mass

The Tridentine Missal Project (includes Propers for Sunday Masses and many other days)

Serving the Mass:
How to Serve the Mass in Latin
Learning to Serve at the Altar
How to Serve the Old Mass

Altar Missals:
"Travel-size" 1962 Missale Romanum
Missale Romanum 1962 (this is actually a 1960? Missal updated to 1962)

Altar Furnishings:
Candlesticks, altar linens.

Altar Cards:
Mass Altar Cards for the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite - full color
Abbey Press - Altar Mass Card Set - two-color
SPORCH - various altar cards
Pax House All Latin Altar Cards - framed
Luzar Vestments - Altar Cards - framed
TRIDENTINUM - framed

Vestments:
Cassock, alb, amice, stole, cincture, chasuble, dalmatic, tunic, maniple, cope, burse, chalice veil, humeral veil.

Luzar Vestments
TRIDENTINUM
St. Benet's Guild

Books:
The Reform of the Roman Liturgy by Msgr. Klaus Gamber (recommended by then-Cardinal Ratzinger)
The Mass: A Study of the Roman Liturgy by Fr. Adrian Fortescue

Videos:

Magazines:
The Latin Mass

Handmissals:

Chapel Veils/Mantillas:
Halo-Works

General Internet Resources (blogs, etc.):
What Does the Prayer Really Say? (Fr. John Zuhlsdorf)

Thank you DCS. I have made this a sticky.

Thank you very much!

Do you know about the Latin Mass Magazine? It has articles on a lot of subjects, but also news and 2 or more articles per issue about the EF/EU/TLM.

Do you know if it is the same as the PDF on the Sancta Missa site? I'll add it just in case though.

This is not 1962, unfortunately. Still a good resource, but one should make sure to look up the changes made sine then

For that matter, the "1962 Missal" published by Roman Catholic Books, is also not 1962. It is 1960. So it is missing St. Joseph's name and a few minor things

EDIT: oops, I see DCS already noted that. Though I can say that the Roman Catholic books version isn't updated, at least in the Ordinary

Arghh

"In parishes, where there is a stable group of faithful "

The word is not stable! It is continenter (continuously), just an adverb and has no reference to the number (whereas some bishops has misconstrued this).

Anywho
I would add

Tridentine Missal Project. All the propers for Sundays and many daily propers to boot in English.

It comes with a sticker that one can paste over the Communicantes.

Anyway, one can use an older Missal as long as one makes note of the changes. I remember one Good Friday four or five years ago when our priest started reading the Prayer for the Conversion of the Jews and said "perfidis judaeis," stopped, paused (it seemed like a long time), then started the prayer over again.

It seems like the Latin at one point said "stabiliter," but you are right, the official Latin is continenter. And even stabiliter is an adverb and would apply to "adheres," not the group.

That is why I suggest using the official Latin in any correspondence. The English translation isn't official anyway.

Last Friday, a guest on Raymond Arroyo's World Over Live, by the name of Fr. Dennis Kolinski from the Chicago area, mentioned a web site of instructional information for both priests and the laity. I can't remember the name.

So, where can one get a real 1962 missal, not a 1960-with-sticker? Are they really hard to find?

My understanding is that the sticker is for the Communicantes but dcs mentioned the change to the Good Friday liturgy. Are there other changes and are there stickers for those?

Thanks!
