just by saying the words of consecration? Omitting the Liturgy of the Word and possibly even the Eucharistic prayers?

I just read this account of a recently named Cardinal, and how he said Mass secretly in a Soviet prison. That reminded me of other accounts I've read of priests saying Mass secretly in prison (like in China). Now I think it's safe to assume they didn't have a lectionary. And I seem to remember reading one account of a Chinese bishop just saying the words of consecration over a piece of bread and some little wine he was clandestinely given... so would this be licit under the circumstances? Would the principle of epikeia apply here given the extreme situation?

Can this be done if there's a dying person and no consecrated species are available?

There were votive Masses that could be memorized, and it was the case that priests going blind would memorize one of these and (with permission) say that same Mass everyday. But a whole Mass it must be
