mots...the instructions for obtaining an avatar are as follows (must be no larger than 100x100 pixels)

if you are interested in obtaining a ready-made avatar feel free to peruse my website...i have 5 albums of already sized avatars (most from the 80x80 days ) and many more pictures you could downsize to avatars if you possess that knowledge a/o capability (i don't, but if you find a picture you like there are many on the board who will resize it for you) 2 albums are on page 1, the other 3 are on page 2

the instructions (since you asked )

go to the picture you want (make sure the album says avatar..otherwise it will be too big) and right click on it...choose "save picture as" and click on it...this will open a window where you can save the picture on your computer...i have a folder called "my pictures" but as long as you remember where you save it, that's the important thing...in that window, click save. now you have it stored on your computer...

now from the message board page (any will do), look up to where steve ray's picture is...you'll see profile...click on that, then scroll to the bottom of the page...click on the "browse" button to the right of where it says "upload avatar from your machine"...this will hopefully take you to the location where you put the picture (if it doesn't, just navigate to that location by clicking on the prper place)...double click on the picture...that should put it's location in your profile...then click on the submit button at the bottom of the page...presto...you now have your own avatar...

San Angelo wasn't too far from Midland.... and i spent some time there twice....
Alaska is like the desert experience but it can kill You quicker..... You definately feel the hand of God here..... aren't any agnostics... kinda like being in a fox hole all the time....And it has the most incredable beauty all the time but fishing is my favorite....You'd be welcome, bring the family...it's very expensive here---one of the prime fishing spots of the world.... we have people from all over the world come to my little town and rooms are over $100.00 a night....... my place is free albight a little humble.... but the price is right. We keep one bedroom just for guests. and there's lots of space for floor camping.... (btw, i have a sister in Houston and i can't get her up here for Love or money) and for the cold weather, maybe You haven't seen this kind of cold before, but don't get me started..... I'd love to be able to do that, but they live over 6 hours away and I work. I'll go for a couple days, but that will be all I can manage. I wish we lived in the same town - or even the same state!

I am somewhat mesmerised by the activity on this board, it's hard to keep up!
It's great to see some familiar "faces" and exciting to meet so many new ones.
I probably didn't really think there were that many Catholics out there that really do care what the Pope says, and are diligent in trying to uphold the tenets of our beautiful faith.
Each day is a wonderful new journey, and as I stumble, I am so grateful Jesus is there to help me to my feet. I'm just glad He doesn't get fed up with our weaknesses.
