Hello

I am David Alge and a former Presbyterian from Birmingham AL. I was baptized Catholic but due to some misconceptions, Dad left the Church and I accepted his responses without question and stayed away from Catholicism for most of my life.

I had an encounter with God during viewing the movie Unplanned and spent some weeks studying scripture using the Logos software. I studied my way into the Catholic Church. I have since upgraded to Verbum and spend hours studying scripture or reading theological books

I live now in Blountsville Alabama, about 15 minutes from the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament, where Mother Angelica is buried. I met her about 30 years ago.
