I had joined this board 2-3 years ago I think, then it was having some weird glitch which is apparently fixed. So I've been meaning to hop back on. I'm a cradle Catholic gal, late Boomer or sometimes they call it Generation Jones nowadays. From the wonderful (I'm not the least bit prejudiced) Diocese of Wichita, Kansas.

Looking to connect with other faithful Catholics especially in these troubled times. What better time than on this day with the whole SCOTUS thing, right?

It gets lonely not being "woke" and therefore having feelings and opinions just busting to get out, feel like I'm going to explode sometimes but knowing so many online places are not safe to say much. I hate that I'm sensitive and bothered by the blowback, but I am. And I have no desire to be doxxed or threatened. Anyhow. Pray, hope, and don't worry as Padre Pio says - some days that's easier than others.
