Hi, Folks. I'm here to reform myself. My involvement in political debates over the last two decades has turned me into a monster. Now I realize it's my faith that counts the most. My participation here is a matter of self-discipline, and will-power. I ask God to bring me here, not "there", for the sake of my soul. Thank you.

Greetings from the Bayou City. I understand your desire for reform. I've scaled back from a lot of political rants myself.

I'm known among my friends on Facebook for my hobby of "fact-checking" posts. Lately, though, I've shied away from most of the political fact-checks. I concentrate now on less politicized hoaxes. (such as the claim that you can send Christmas cards to "A Recovering American Soldier" at Walter Reed .... )

Hiya, Tex! I lived in the Lone Star State for 12 years; my children and 4 of my grandchildren are still there. I do miss it, especially access to Pecan Street Rum and the A1 Thick & Hearty burger at Whataburger. :cloud9:
