Is this is so, what was Battlestar Galactica?

Mormon allegory.

Which is an accurate description of Star Trek, if you understand what Roddenberry meant by the analogy. Wagon Train was a show about people traveling and every week they would run into someone or something and have adventures. This is pretty much what Star Trek did. and still does.

Mormon allegory.

Not really. no. There is certainly cryptoMormon influence in the premise, but it is not really true to suggest that every single element of the show corresponded to some element of Mormon theology, like a Mormon Pilgrim's Progress. Characters like Starbuck or Apollo don't have Mormon counterparts.

Did Firefly have a baby space alien? No? End of story.

I quote Firefly roughly 5 times a week. Sing Hero of Canton, monthly. Have Tee shirts with quotes from Firefly. And wear them. Collect picture cards from Firefly, in decks. Own the complete series/Serenity. Would buy action figures if I found some at a con.

What do I do with Mandalorian?

Nothing.

And darn well going to keep it that way.

I'll leave the thread now.

Has Beskar ever stood up to a blast from a Callahan full-bore auto-lock. Customized trigger, double cartridge thorough gauge? I didn’t think so. :bring

One Halloween, I came to work dressed as Jayne Cobb. Since even fake firearms aren’t allowed in secure facilities, I had to get creative. I posed with my coworker Vera.

I almost bought the Jayne hat. But wasn't quite sure I was not afraid of anything.

I don’t pretend not to be afraid of anything. I just want other people to believe I’m not afraid of anything.

Holy cow, that’s awesome.

I think the Bulldog clock in the background is what really makes it. :laughhard

We are loving the Mandolorian. It's nice to have a show that we can watch (at least for now) as a family.

Considering all I had was brown eyeliner, I thought I did pretty good, especially since people I'd known and worked with for years didn't recognize me and had to eyeball my badge to see who I was. ::):

That is total nonsense of course, the two shows have virtually nothing in common, except, if course, for the stiff that Joss Whedon took from Star Wars. And Mal is basically Han Solo.
