What insurance plans consistent with Catholic values (e.g., not covering direct abortion, artificial contraception) are available to an employer who wants to offer his employees health care coverage? As I recall, though not with high confidence, this might depend on the number of employees. Has this been made more difficult since "Obamacare?"

The Hyde Amendment is still in place, so, federal funds only cover abortions for the standard Republican loophole reasons.
