 Post subject: Can we do naturally good works without grace?

So my understanding is, without God's causality, we can't do anything.

Grace, however, is required to do salutary actions. Basically anything that we do that contributes or moves us closer towards him, grace is required.

However, do we need the movement of grace to do naturally good works? Like say eating, or being kind to another person from a natural motive?

No. It's an article of faith, as it happens, that grace is not needed for morally good works.
