Meet Alden Joe
Mr. Alden Joe possesses an exceptional career in healthcare executive leadership, finance, operational management, and revenue cycle management. Most recently, he has served as an executive leader for large healthcare systems in the United States, including both government and private facilities, in roles such as Finance and Revenue Cycle Director.
He is deeply passionate about rural healthcare and Critical Access Hospitals. His experience includes working with the Indian Health Service and tribally operated (638) facilities on tribal lands in Arizona, where he served as appointed Chief Executive Officer, Revenue Cycle Director, and Managed Care Director.
Mr. Joe has also worked for one of the largest fully integrated public hospital systems in the country. He is a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record of driving transformative growth and sustainable financial success across diverse organizations. His expertise lies in deeply understanding the technological needs that support organizational operations, enabling him to build and strengthen meaningful relationships among executives, staff, and key stakeholders.
As a resourceful strategist, Alden is committed not only to meeting but exceeding organizational goals and objectives.
Mr. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and an MBA from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Policy from Arizona State University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Rural Health Association.
His passion for rural health, Critical Access Hospitals, and tribal healthcare—particularly tribally operated facilities that contract under Public Law 93-638 (the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act)—continues to grow. At the heart of his career is a dual commitment to outstanding patient experiences and patient-centered care, coupled with strong, financially driven outcomes.
