Do any of you have some websites in your bookmarks that outline the typical Sunday Mass, ones that provide information about the history of the Mass itself, or ones that explain why we do/say certain things?

I'm looking for sites that "explain it all" with clear and concise language that would answer any question a non-Catholic might have (beyond this great message board). Ambitious, yes? ::):

There's this rather interesting Why Do Catholics Bounce On One Knee article that's basically a guide to attending a Mass. It doesn't explain the history or theology of the Mass, but it's a good guide to the things we say/do at Mass.
