Applewood-smoked then char-grilled salmon, oven-brown potatoes, pan-fried zucchini, a fresh wheat roll, and a good Canadian brew...fresh snickerdoodles for dessert...

I usually tell about snack things.....

My breakfast was instant gritz with walnuts and honey, and a yogurt strawberry smoothie.

This Yankee now likes gritz!

my breakfast this morning was one of those jimmy dean breakfast bowls and coffee ... this one was "meat lovers" (bacon and sausage), with eggs, potatoes, and cheese... the proportion was way off.... needed fewer potato, more egg.... not sure i saw or tasted any cheese in there at all

i have another one that is steak lovers... which also contains (allegedly) steak, eggs, cheese, potatoes and onions ... we shall see how that shakes out ... much better than the bowl i had today is the meat lovers scrambler... :fyi:
