The Mystical Body of Christ is comprised of baptized Christians who are united in worship and governance. The Mass they habitually serve at must be both valid and licit AND they must be subjects of the Roman Pontiff. Churches and ecclesial communities who do not have jurisdiction from the Roman Pontiff, and people who do not bend the knee of their will to the governance of the Roman Pontiff, are not members of the Mystical Body of Christ. Rather, they are scattered and disjointed, and are not in communion with Christ, who is the Head of His Mystical Body, the Church, His Bride, and of no other entity.

This is the ancient, constant, and universal teaching of the Church.

A logistics problem should be handled with a logistical solution, not a liturgical one.
