I am a little confused about the pronoun paradigm for is, ea, id...

Wheelock says that the dative plural for is, ea, id is eis/iis, eis/iis, eis/iis and eis, eis, eis for the ablative plural

Orberg says that the dative and ablative plural for is, ea, id is iis, iis, iis.

Another book, Latin Grammar: For the Reading of the Missal and Breviary, says that the dative and ablative plural are only eis, eis, eis.

Who is right? What is the Dative and Ablative Plural exactly for Is, Ea, Id?

If you can actually use both Iis/Eis for only one case or both cases (dative/ablative), when should you use iis and when should you use eis?

Thanks.

Oh yes, and then for the Nominative pl., do you use Ii or Ei? If you can use both, when should you use one or the other?

They are just alternate forms, different ones favored in different places and by different people. There are additional ones here.
