What would be the Latin translation for these two:

"Truth above all else"

and

"Hail Mary, make me love unto death"?

Veritas supra omnes [cetera]

Ave/Salve Maria, fac me amare usque ad mortem or Ave/Salve Maria, me amantem usque ad mortem fac.

PED, why "omnes" and not "omnia"?

They have a motto: Veritas super omnia.

St. Augustine mentions this phrase in his book "The Confessions of Saint Augustine," book 10.

Omnes (masculine & feminine plural) usually refers to all people, while omnia (neuter plural) to all things.

Veritas super omnia is what I would opt for, too.

Omnia would be better, as plural neuter....mine would translate like "Truth above all men"..seeing as I used cetera it was just a brain fart...
