By way of an :fyi: there's a free download available here http://www.dur.ac.uk/p.j.heslin/Software/Diogenes/download.php of Lewis & Short's A Latin Dictionary. It has the full text of the dictionary and is fairly easily searchable. (This particular software is designed to work with various other classics databases but the only one that is downloadable for free is Lewis & Short.) Anyway, if you don't have $150 to spare for a print copy, this might be useful.

Which also has Liddell-Scott Greek Lexicon (full, middle and elementary), and search classical works for the word as well, and has Arabic and Old Norse
