I'm searching for a specific song. "We Remember" is possible title.

I attended Mass at the parish of my baptism in Pennsylvania around All Souls Day 2015 and we sang a song where the cantor sings a name of a deceased parishioner and the congregation responds “we remember”.

Ring any church bells?

(I am trying to get a response from parish music director also. Very small parish. One Mass on Sunday.)
