-assuming the longer option for readings is used, and
-in all Sacraments and Hours (of the Office),
-completing the entire cycle
-in the Roman rite OF

How much percentage of the Bible is read?

About 75% of the New Testament and around 1/3 of the Old.

Keep in mind, however, that there are large parts of the Bible, particularly in the OT, which are completely inappropriate to be read aloud, simply because they would be unbelievably boring, such as the endless genealogy tables (the first 10 chapters or so of the first book of Chronicles is devoted to geneaology), the endless military statistics in the book of Numbers, the long and very boring descriptions of what stuff looked like (the last 10 chapters of the book of Ezekiel is devoted to describing the New Jerusalem in excruciating detail) and basically the entire book of Leviticus. So, omitting all that stuff, the amount of the narrative from the OT that finds it way into the liturgy is much higher than 1/3.

That is for the Mass only, right?

I'm including the other Sacraments and Office Hours as well.

It goes up, but I don't know that it's by a whole lot. We read a lot more of the Apocalypse, for example, and we read larger portions of the OT, but there's a lot of overlap with the Mass readings. I would also guess that any increase comes from the Office of Readings.

Strange. I thought that the reformers did not want such repetition.

Liturgy of the Hours covers more psalms besides great readings by saints, including homilies, letters, etc.
