I've read the book and found it interesting, but was wanting an opinion from someone more versed in theology.

How well does Akin represent Catholic theology on election, etc. in his book? Does he make any mistakes? Leave anything out? Is there a better book to recommend to a Calvinist? (The Calvinist I have in mind has an M.Div. from a Protestant university and can handle something more technical, but he'd prefer something short.)

It's been too long since I read it and I don't have it any longer. Sorry.

I've never read Akin's book but Calvinist-leanin Protestants seem to appreciate Garrigou-Lagrange's book Predestination.
