Glad to have you! DCF is wonderful for all, I am sure you will enjoy it. Want to tell us a little about yourself?

I live in Broken Arrow, OK; a suburb of Tulsa. I quit going to church years and years ago. My wife is southern baptist, so I started going to church with her. I would sit there and listen to the pastor, but there was always something missing. Their Lord's Supper was always hard for me to understand too. Most people were very nice, however, there were a few who weren't.
I think this is what caused me to start looking at how the Church lines up with Scripture. The more I researched, the more I understood.
I finally had a talk with the Lord one evening in the Catholic church close to where I live. I never felt as good in the baptist church as I did there. So, I'm home, and that's where I intend to stay. I intend to keep reading my Bible, defending my faith, and always keep learning.

PS, I think I missed the Eucharist more than anything else.

Hey, another Catholic Okie--I live in Shawnee! We have friends who moved from Shawnee to Broken Arrow last year (he's a football coach/teacher).

It's nice to see some more Sooner Catholics on the board.
