Post subject:  Greetings from CT

Just wanted to introduce myself.
Yup, from that wonderful state of CT, the new California of the East,
the way things are going. I'm a much better lurker than I am a poster,
so I'm going to have to break out of my shell in order to qualify for the
apologetics forum. 50 posts is it? (Will accidental duplicate posts count?)
I'm not yet a Catholic, but I hope to get into the forum, not to debate other Catholics, but to learn from them, especially as they practice their apologetic chops against those who love to challenge. Learning is something I'll never feel that I'll outgrow the need for--especially the more I learn-- but anyways, Catholics 101 will have to suffice for now.
Anyways, I look forward to increase my Catholic awareness and knowledge as I draw closer towards the fullness of faith.

Forever in His grip,

Hi, Jeff! Welcome to the board. You can get more posts by welcoming people as they join! It's easy and it doesn't hurt a bit.

Welcome, Jeff. If you need advice on getting some extra posts, ask the poster 'faithfulservant'. He'll tell you all you need to know! :D

(Seriously, don't be afrais to ask questions and answer them as well!)

This is a good place to pad post counts, and so is the Pub, but Catholic101 is even better.

Thanks! Closer, depending on what time you hit the LIE.
I always used to take the Northern parkway when I could....

Thanks to all,
It's always great to feel welcome.
And I was half kidding about the posts---
See? I just got in two quick ones.

Actually I'm not one to post a lot, I'm a better lurker.
I'm one of those who 'thinks' better than 'write'.
Every time I read one of my posts, I always wish I could go back and edit
what I did, but, I'm sure over time that will improve.
Hmmm this should make post #4.

All kidding aside, Catholic 101 and other lobbies will do just fine for now.
I do enjoy the lack of polemics and trolling that other apologetic sites and blogs often have.

Blessings to all,
