Hello and greetings from Wichita, Kansas.

I am a traditionally minded Catholic interested in the tridentine mass, eastern rite traditions, eastern orthodoxy, some anglican stuff, the wichita state basketball team, nebraska football, and any great pictures of Elin Grindemyr!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey what can I say!!!!

Just wanted to add that this forum seems lively. I look forward to everyone agreeing with me !!!!

Welcome Steve. Glad to have you here - even if you are a fan of Nebraska.

Hi, Steve! Welcome to the board. Perhaps a different parish is in order; the new Mass should be celebrated reverently. I've never experienced clapping after Mass.

I attend two indult masses and the other two I am not sure about. Wichita is a "pretty"good diocese. I guess there is only one parish that does clapping here, it is a VERY moderist parish. The other two times during the month I go to a good Novus Ordo Mass. I like it that the indult masses are held in our families home church so I go to it.

hard to agree with anyone in favor of nebraska football  ...lean times indeed, huh? :P the best plan of attack you could make would be to transfer to Bsp. Bruskewitz' diocese... closer to your beloved team and a hotbed of orthodoxy , thanks to the Bishop

welcome to the board...look forward to hearing from you
