I'm still moderating Steve Haws's board, but nobody posts there anymore except me and GKC and Kotton.

Shawn Mc. has an account here but I do most of his posting for him. It's been a while, though.

I was Lyddie on the old board. I think it was around 2000 that I signed on. Everyone there was so helpful. I was a cradle/lapsed/cafeteria Catholic at the time. Not any more. Well the cradle part is still true. Andrea, I hope that's the right name, sent me and my husband some beautiful rosaries that she made. Bill Bannon and Mario were always super patient with my stupid questions. Are any of those members still around? Different names? Where is Della? Does she have a different forum name?

Hey! I live in Phoenix, who the heck needs bombs when it gets 120 degrees without help from anyone. But if people really need to bomb us, go ahead.

Seriously, the only bomb-proof building I know of in Arizona is the American Express transaction center. It was built to withstand the impact of a 747. Since 9/11 however, I suspect there are probably a few more.

I started posting here before we moved back to Sacramento, which would make it late '96 or '97. I was never much of a frequent poster, and as a very new apologist who had recently experienced a reconversion I was more full of questions than answers.

He is registered on this board, but says that he only comes out of hiding when the subject of penal substitutionary atonement comes up. So if you start a big argument about it, you may summon him. :)

Here is the Internet Archive's last snapshot of the old board:

Ah, how I miss it.

I was here on the old board, but I came and went. I was on as Patrick starting, I think, in spring 99. Then I was off for awhile, and when I came back, Obed was using "Patrick," so I switched to Patrick T. I was off when the board switched over, but I eventually came back and registered here under that name. Then Legatus called me Gherkin one day in a joking reference to my beautiful avatar, and I decided to take that name unto myself. And so it has been now for many a year. Although I was gone for more than two years in my last lapse.

I'm planning to stick around this time.

I've been trying to get this guy I know to post over there, and discuss stuff. No luck yet.
