I am in the hospital, but I will not be denied my cheese. :fyi: Food service menu lists several options with cheese.

 that you will get well quickly!

Cheese is wonderful.....it comes in so many flavors, I like them all. Except Limburger which I have never tasted but heard so much about.

I was released today. Four days of outpatient treatment ahead, but I am already feeling much better. Thanks for the prayers.

There is such a thing as cheese-free pizza:

https://www.amys.com/our-foods/roasted- ... izza-vegan

IIRC, I've actually had this, and it was surprisingly pretty good.

But the best pizza has cheese.

I love cheese!
My favorites (in no particular order) are:
X-tra sharp cheddar
Muenster
Provolone
Gouda
Monterey/California Jack
Mozzerella

A local burrito place, Black Bear Burritos, has an item on their menu with Gouda cheese.

It's called .......... Gouda Riddance.
