T.V. dinners are the axle of the Axis of Evil.

I'll probably die five years sooner for all the like food I ate in my youth, late seventies to early eighties. Mom started working then, there was more money and less time, and those kinds of things populated the freezer for me to live on for lunches--I'd walk home from school for lunch.

Banquet chicken, frozen burritos, canned soup, aforementioned frozen dinners, Kraft Mac n Cheese . . . not exactly that path to fitness and health.
