Looking like it's going to be a tough season for the Packers.

I think the Packers can make a run for a WC. AR might even be available at that point. One can hope right?

FWIW, the Saints are on a 4 game winning streak and have what appears to be a talented young an increasingly confident defense. In fact, it might be the best D we have had in the Sean Payton era. People seem to not realize that Detroit only scored 24 against the Saints D in garbage time of what was already a blowout. Detroit had 2 defensive TD's in that game. I don't know what has happened since the home loss to the Patriots but the defense has been playing lights out since. 13, 0, 24, 13 are the points scored against the Saints D in the last 4. Marshon Lattimore is going to be star at corner. I am starting to think that the Saints are the class of the division, for real, not just smoke and mirrors. It has been a rough stretch of years for Saints fans but this team is showing signs it can make the playoffs.

I am optimistic and the Saints are all I got right now. My alma mater has caught the infection that the Falcons had in the Super Bowl. We have blown 3 leads to lose to South Carolina, then UAB and then a 1-million collapse against Southern Miss. I am not sure we will recover emotionally. We might make a bowl but we should have been competing for a conference championship. That ship has sailed.

replay officials in football are absolutely the wor st... they must have money on the saints today and need to control the spread... that was atrocious... even the rules expert employed by cbs said it was a catch... they have to do something about the megatron/dez bryant rule... NO ONE knows what a catch is any more :rant  :nooo: :verymad: :hissy :rant

I didn't see it but nearly half the fans on the Saints forum thought it was garbage too which says something. The rest are, well, fans.

i must say i am totally shocked the texans have come out like they are today... theirs was one of the four games that i changed this morning... based on all the upheaval and controversy of the previous week...i just didn't think their focus would be there...and in seattle, that can be disastrous...

arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!111

two 1/2 point losses in games in which i was the only one to pick the team that came up just short... then i find out one of them was where the chargers went for two to try to get within 3 points and failed... turned out the pats got a late 3 for the cover , then picked off rivers in the end zone for the win.... coises ... foiled again :verymad:

oh yeah... from now on, i'm gonna make damn sure i know if a game is in london or not... got burned again... no way i would have gone for the browns on a neutral field... INSANITY!!!!1

Y'all, I have a TOTAL stud fantasy team this year. Likely the best one I have ever had and I have been playing since about 1995.

This week Carson Wentz, Antonio Brown, Michael Thomas and Jordan Reed all had subpar weeks. I had to start Dion Lewis as my RB2 this week cause Fournette is on BYE ...

I am staring down the barrel of a .500 record despite the fact I am the highest scoring team and it is not even close. I have played the first or second top scoring team half the weeks this season with a tie and a win in that group. I won the rest.

I need Kareem Hunt to go off like he did the first 4 games of the season and for Kansas City's defense to be productive. The problem is, Hunt is on a 3 game streak of no TD's (he has at least 100 yds from scrimmage in every game) and I am starting to wonder if he will finish as a Top 10 back the second half of the season. :(

could be a tall order.... do rookies generally maintain their production level throughout the course of the long season? especially with the extra pounding they receive at the nfl level?
