Is driving me nuts! :stars: She's pretty old, and extremely finicky about her food! I can give her something and she nibbles at it then whines for something else, sometimes if I just mix up what there she'll eat that, other times she's not fooled. Throw out to the wild animals so much of her food she simply won't eat...

Leave it out there. When it gets hungry enough, it'll eat. If not, you'll save money buying more cat food.

that is the the job of the feline :fyi: ... our bring inside tabby decided , for reasons known only to her, to hook my wife in the face last night... they were both on her pillow, my wife had just laid down, when the cat inexplicably reached around her head and sunk her claws into the eyelid, below the eye and two places on her cheek

there was much screaming and blood letting going on... all around 2-2:30 ... the cat ended up at my feet (at least that's where she was when i woke this morning)

Try a tablespoon or two of plain yogurt.
My cat begs for more. Not gonna happen though cause the cat box would fill up real fast with 'processed' ;) yogurt.

Then at times, like last night, she'll jump up on my head board and wake me up at 3am, then again at 5! Yea, I tried that, then she just scratches at the door endlessly... :nooo:

She is also very long haired and sheds a lot, and w/forced air heat, it's al over the place! Really miss the radiated heat we had at my parents place, the heat is much better and keeps down the dust.

There ya go :)

Cats may be finicky but Ive never seen my cat resist a tablespoon of yogurt or a sardine.

Likes to nibble on Costco baked chicken as well when I have some in the fridge.

All of the above in controlled quantities.
The main meal has always been dry food.

It's a little-known fact that "adorable" is Norwegian for "evil." :fyi:

Sardines, eh? Perhaps I should get another cat who will finish the food that this one won't eat!

Then it can't possibly be a cat.

Only one reason matters. It is a cat.
