Before, During and After the AntiChrist- by Desmond A. Birch

Anyone read it? What do ya think of it?

I got it today...it was between "Liberalism is a Sin" and a book supporting charismatics ::):

I have it and I use it. I recommend it to anyone serious about looking at what the Catholic Church teaches on the subject!

It looks good.

It was made into a series on EWTN. I didn't see all the episodes, but it looked good. I know unitypublishing recommends it to counter false eschatological views.

Well the author claims that he first looks at the teaching of the Church, then the Fathers and then private revelation that is approved. I just glanced at the introduction, he distinguishes between his positions on their basis...looks good.

Yeah in the program he lamented the fact that much "popular" eschatology used private revelation first and then the Church/fathers next.

I'm currently reading it. So far he's a bit wordy. He could probably cut the book in half and made the same point. Otherwise, very well presented.
