How do we "know" anything at all?

I'd say I'm 100% sure that I'm a living human being, that I have a wife and children, that I'm currently typing on a computer, and lots of other things. I'm not "100% sure" in the sense that no silly skeptical doubts like those Descartes deals with could be raised against those beliefs. But then, as St. Thomas says, these doubts are stupid. :)
