Three boys, around 19 years old, (A, B, C) came to my church for Mass. They were near me.

They are not people who usually come here. Perhaps they reached the town because of the flood.

At Communion time, all three were about to go to Communion, when A gestured B with his hand, to sit down. B sat down and did not go to the Communion line/queue. Perhaps A knew that B was not prepared/worthy to receive. Perhaps B may not even be Christian.

C received the Host in his hand. He secretly broke the Host into two with his hands. He put one half in his mouth. He gave the other half to C. C put it in his own mouth.

I think I'm the only one who saw what happened.

I've already said prayers of reparation.

Should I do anything else? Should I tell the priest?

Yes tell the Priest as this against the liturgical norms.

You may want to say something to the priest, but don't automatically assume any bad motives on the part of A, B, or C.

This.

Sacrilege is a very serious accusation. I would imagine that this was done out of ignorance or misunderstanding.
