Can priests accept a stipend directly from your hands for hearing your confession?

I feel bad for wasting a priest's time, and was wondering if there's anything contrary to canon law or morality for offering a gratuitous donation for this, (and I want to avoid Simony, so I emphasis it is gratuitous and a donation like a Mass intention), even though... there's probably a slight intent on my part in coaxing him or compensating him for his time in asking him to hear my repeated and long general confession which I know can feel like a nuisance.

It wouldn't be a stipend; it would be a gift, and you could give it. But please don't. Pray for him instead.

And you aren't wasting his time.

The priest is glad you are there; he became a priest to serve. For Easter or Christmas you can give him a gift card to his favorite restaurant.
