With regard to:
CCC
2121 Simony is defined as the buying or selling of spiritual things.53 To Simon the magician, who wanted to buy the spiritual power he saw at work in the apostles, St. Peter responded: "Your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain God's gift with money!"54 Peter thus held to the words of Jesus: "You received without pay, give without pay."55 It is impossible to appropriate to oneself spiritual goods and behave toward them as their owner or master, for they have their source in God. One can receive them only from him, without payment.

Items no longer in the Church (assuming they closed down the Church) cannot be sold?

For example:

Yes, they can be. Simony is selling blessed objects for more than identical unblessed objects.

Selling an object as blessed when it's not?

Let's say I have two identical copies of item A. One of them has been blessed, one has not. I can't charge more for the blessed one than for the unblessed one.

A blessing only applies to the one person for whom the item was blessed. If it is then sold, the new owner would have to have blessed again.

I don't think this is clearly the case right now (it was at one time - or more precisely an item did not "lose" a blessing but lost the indulgences assocated with the blessing when it changed hands; and nowadays there aren't indulgences specific to blessed items).
