Paschalis Sollemnitatis (1988) says that the only Sacraments that can be celebrated on Good Friday are Penance and Anointing of the Sick. But I imagine that baptisms are allowed if there is danger of death! And it also permits funerals to be celebrated - can one interpret that to mean Masses of Christian Burial? I'm guessing that is the case, although the link Fr. gave mentions a dispensation for a funeral on Good Friday.
