So on Holy Days of Obligation, can you fulfill your obligation by simply saying the prayers and responses interiorly only, without wording it out loud or moving your lips? I know at least that, objectively, it may be "better" or "more preferred" to do one other than the other, but I am asking if I fulfill the obligation in this way?

The reason I do this is that I am personally able to concentrate much better when I pray inwardly. For some reason I get distracted when I start saying everything out loud. It's just me perhaps, but I am able to concentrate much better this way.

Thank you.

I don't see why that would affect fulfilling the Sunday obligation.

The obligation is to hear Mass, not to say any of the responses, even inwardly.
