Looking for some of the non-hipster/Haugen-Haas variety.

https://hymnary.org/hymnal/HPEC1940 numbers 47-53. There are probably a few more "General Hymns," which I will post when I find my hard copy of the Hymnal.

Songs of Thankfulness and Praise, As with Gladness Men of Old, and actually most of the verses of the First Noel are about Epiphany as well.

Traditional [Latin] Catholic hymns for Epiphany also include "Crudelis Herodes" and "O Sola Magnarum Urbium", though you'd be hard-pressed to find a parish [at least in the U.S.] that actually uses them.

For some reason, the Gather Hymnal lists "What Child is This?" as an Epiphany hymn (possibly because the verse starting "So bring him incense, gold, and myrrh") but that seems a bit of a stretch. Then again, it is not the worst stretch that the Gather Hymnal contains.
