The Catholic church I am attending has mass every day and also has a 24 adoration chapel. How many times each week do I need to attend mass? Is praying at home and watching a mass online sufficient? There are many live broadcast masses on the internet.

On Sundays only.

And no, a televised Mass doesn't count because you aren't there.

I do like the weekday mass. It's good to make it, at least every once in a while.

Don't try to do too much all at once. I worry a little that you are going to wear yourself out.

Yes you are right. I need to take it easy. I pray the rosary a lot and go to the adoration chapel.

Sunday's (or the Saturday vigil) and all Holy Days.

More often is great, but not required.

I just assume that you are newly back to the Church. All of that is a great idea, as long as you aren't overwhelming yourself. Weekday mass is easier to do in my opinion than private devotions as you just go there.

Sundays and other Holy Days of obligation, unless you have a valid reason to miss (you are sick, the weather makes it dangerous to get out, you are caring for a young baby or for a sick person, you have to work, etc.)

Your parish should list the Holy Days in the bulletin, on their website, etc. (they can vary from Diocese to Diocese). Around Christmas the parish will give out calendars that list all of the HDOs for you :)

From the Catechism:

2192 "Sunday . . . is to be observed as the foremost holy day of obligation in the universal Church" (CIC, can. 1246 § 1). "On Sundays and other holy days of obligation the faithful are bound to participate in the Mass" (CIC, can. 1247).

That is a great website, you can read the Catechism there and search using this tool:

Only on sunday. You could probably do bible study with priests or someone else during the week. You can talk to the priest sometime too.

Why do I get the feeling that you aren't Catholic? Disabuse me.
